The few surviving Joes, including Roadblock, Flint, and Lady Jaye, regroup and vow to expose the truth behind the attack. Meanwhile, the imprisoned Cobra Commander is freed by his operatives, and the Joes discover that Cobra has infiltrated the highest levels of the U.S. government. With the help of General Joe Colton, the original G.I. Joe, the team uncovers Cobra’s plot to dominate the world using a deadly satellite weapon called Project Zeus.

As they work to stop Cobra, the Joes engage in high-stakes battles and face formidable enemies, including the skilled assassin Storm Shadow and the mysterious Firefly. The climax of the film sees the Joes infiltrating a summit where Cobra plans to launch Project Zeus. Aided by their allies and advanced technology, they succeed in defeating Cobra’s forces and preventing global catastrophe.
