“Van Helsing,” directed by Stephen Sommers, is a thrilling action-horror film that reimagines classic monster lore. The story follows Gabriel Van Helsing, a monster hunter employed by the Vatican, who is dispatched to Transylvania to assist the last of the Valerious family in their mission to destroy Count Dracula.

Van Helsing, accompanied by the courageous Anna Valerious, faces a myriad of supernatural foes, including Dracula’s brides, the Wolfman, and the reanimated Frankenstein’s monster.

As Van Helsing and Anna delve deeper into the mystery of Dracula’s power, they uncover a dark plan: Dracula intends to use Frankenstein’s monster to bring his undead offspring to life. The journey is fraught with peril, from battling werewolves to uncovering the secrets of Dracula’s castle. Van Helsing also struggles with his own hidden past and a mysterious connection to Dracula.

The film climaxes in a spectacular showdown where Van Helsing, who has been cursed to become a werewolf, fights Dracula in his true, monstrous form.
